Description

A Bordeaux-style white blend from Graves, the vineyard is composed of 90% Sémillon along with 5% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Muscadelle with 80% botrytis affected Semillon and 18% Sauvignon in the final blend which is matured in old oak for at least 2 years.

The 2020 Cérons Blanc is laced with hints of lemon confit, marzipan, dried flowers and chamomile. Floral, honeyed aromatics and flavours of bitter orange and fragrant honey with a herbal, saffron twist. Open-knit and creamy, with lovely balance, the 2020 is a fine choice for drinking now and over the next few years.

Sémillon drives the blend, and that comes through in the wine’s texture. 57% Sémillon, 39% Sauvignon Blanc and 4% Sauvignon Gris
