An iconic, classic South African Cape Bordeaux blend from Stellenbosch. It features a blend of 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc, and 7% Petit Verdot.
Grapes from the four distinct estate terroirs are fermented separately, undergoing malolactic fermentation in 300L French barrels. The blend is then aged a further 10 months in barrel for harmonisation.
Intense aromas of blackcurrants, damson plums, and blueberries mixed with sweet Christmas spices, cedar, and subtle graphite notes.
