Description

An exceptional Extra-Brut Champagne based on the 2019 harvest, Pinot Noir dominant (roughly 31-45%), Chardonnay (35-45%) and Pinot Meunier.
Known for its extreme finesse, it is vinified in large oak casks on its lees without filtration, yielding a wine with profound structure, a lively, delicate bouquet of white pepper, tangerine, lemon oil, herbs and red berries mingled with lovely menthol notes.

Medium to full-bodied, tense and sappy, it’s layered with a vinous core of fruit and a delicately saline finish. Remarkable tension and phenolic complexity.
